The success of our safety program is based on the full cooperation of every employee and they are expected to act accordingly.

The safety of our employees is of primary importance to the Company.  To ensure the safety of all employees and to maintain a safe operation, Matrix has adopted a strict safety policy and rules, in addition to OSHA regulations, all employees of Matrix Interior Construction, Inc. are expected to understand and obey all safety policies, procedures, and rules.

In keeping with the commitment of Matrix Interior Construction, Inc. to provide a safe and healthful work environment we have adopted a strict drug and alcohol policy.  All Matrix employees are screened under strict testing criteria.  This includes pre-placement, post-accident, return to work after absence in excess of fourteen days, and probably cause.
